Rhonda Allison products are preservative free which means they have a limited shelf life. Therefore, I must order in smaller amounts and place orders more frequently to guarantee freshness, which sometimes results in an extra waiting period. We ship via USPS priority mail and ground advantage. As such, holidays can effect shipping times.
In an effort to expedite your orders, I offer 2-3 day priority mail shipping. If in stock, your products will ship via the United States Postal Service between 2-3 business days from our facility. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments for separate items with no additional shipping charges to the customer.
Please Note: Orders valued above $300 (before any discounts) are automatically upgraded to be shipped requiring a signature confirmation; make sure that you use a valid United States Postal Service address where a signature can be obtained upon delivery. Porcelain Skin reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion in certain instances. The estimated time of arrival does not include the processing time of the order.
Once the package leaves our warehouse it will arrive to you within 2 - 3 business days. After leaving our facility, the typical arrival time for the priority shipping method is 2-3 business days via United States Postal Service priority mail. We reserve the right to partially ship products in your order. Holidays can affect shipping times. If USPS is closed due to a holiday, your order will ship on the next available day. When the manufacturer has no backorder on the product; meaning no production hold-ups from the manufacturer exist, the product will ship as soon as possible.
Notification: You will be notified via email if there is a delay on your order. Please ensure to check your spam folder (just in case) and also make sure to provide a valid email address. We always notify you via email within 1-3 business days with any delays on your order.
Post Office Delay: The post office loses the package, delivers to the wrong address, or just takes their time! Currently, we have a 99% deliverability success rate.
Catastrophes and Weather: In very rare cases such as tropical storms or winter storms, we have seen slight delays in deliverability, usually only 3-5 extra days.
Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number: All shipments include a United States Postal Service delivery confirmation tracking number. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers as soon as the order ships from our facility.
Insurance and Signature Confirmations: Customers can request insurance or a signature confirmation at an extra cost; these are not included in our free shipping or priority shipping charge. Please call or email us with any requests.
Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct United States Postal Service address for shipping. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost. Porcelain Skin is not responsible for a shipment if you or an authorized person has signed for, and therefore received the shipment.
Mail Theft: Porcelain Skin is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail theft. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a safe/secure United States Postal Service address for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we must go by the tracking information that USPS provides. If a package has been tracked as delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen items. We welcome you to add a signature request to your package to ensure you receive the package safely.
Holidays can affect shipping times. If USPS is closed due to a holiday, your order will ship on the next available day.
If you place an order and realize at a later time that you need to change the shipping address, please contact us ASAP. Please contact by phone or email immediately. We strive to ship your products out quickly, but we are unable to change an address after a package has been shipped.
You must call within one hour of purchase to cancel an order, to ensure the order has not been fulfilled.
Lost Shipments:
- To reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, customers can request a signature confirmation at an additional cost. Please call us or email us at sarablessingskincare@gmail.com to request this.
- First, please check the tracking information on USPS.com. If your package is tracked as "delivered," check with your neighbors, leasing office, etc.
- Secondly, contact your local United States Post Office and inquire about the shipment. The majority of lost packages are easily recovered simply by performing these first two tasks.
- Unfortunately sarablessingskincare cannot file a claim on your behalf due to USPS privacy laws.
- If you complete the above two steps and are still unable to locate your package, please email sarablessingskincare@gmail.com for additional help.

Returns & Exchanges
In the event that your product needs to be returned, it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided the product has not been opened and used. Unfortunately, since the manufacturer does not accept returns for opened or used products, therefore, we are not able to either. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Porcelain Skin.
All returns must be shipped through FedEx—no returns will be accepted through UPS or post office. Please address all returns to the following address:

We highly recommend that you insure your package for the value of the product as it could get lost or damaged in shipping. All unopened products returned after 14 days from purchase will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from refund or exchange. Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you. Please make these claims within 3 working days from receipt of products.
Porcelain Skin abides by the policy of the manufacturer and therefore shipping on any return is at consumer cost and must be requested within 15 days of purchase. Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund. Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Porcelain Skin will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
